Pak Brunei Investment Company  is  a full service Development Financial Institution (DFI), established as a joint venture between Government of Pakistan & Brunei Investment Agency.  The Company received Certificate of Commencement of Business from State Bank of Pakistan in August 2007.

Pak Brunei Investment Company provides the entire range of Investment Banking Services including arrangement of Debt and Equity through private and public placements, underwriting, Islamic and conventional structured financing and strategic advisory services.

The Company has a total paid-up capital  of PKR 6.0 billion as per State Bank of Pakistan regulations.
